With 2020 being the year that it has been, it seems like everyone is needing Christmas cheer — more than usual. If you’re looking for a new holiday movie to jump into, Middleton Christmas offers Hallmark feels, teen romance, and brings to light the importance of organ donors.
Middleton Christmas stars Eileen Davidson (Young and the Restless, Days of Our Lives) as Alana, a school principal and single mother to Samantha (Kennedy Tucker). Michael Paré plays Johnny, a military vet and single father to Max (Michael Varde), who are new and town.Middleton Christmas was produced by Suzanne DeLaurentiis (Rock V, How Sweet It Is), who also came up with the touching story. “We wanted Middleton Christmas to be more than just a romantic Christmas movie that everybody’s seen a million times. You can sit down and watch it with your kids or grandparents,” she says. Suzanne also founded Operation Hollywood, which provides jobs for military veterans and was awarded a Commendation Medal from the US Military for their philanthropy.

“We have a lot of crew people from military families or who have served in the military themselves,” says Suzanne. It’s important to her to keep her staff of vets working on movie sets, which range from big budget productions to independent films like Middleton Christmas. Suzanne says she and her team also worked with Donate Life and One Legacy to provide accurate information about organ donors.
Middleton Christmas is available now On Demand.
