Let’s jump right in and talk about the new horror series you’re starring in — Very Frightening Tales. What can you tell us about the characters you play?

I am really proud of this series. There are 7 tales packed into a chilling hour of entertainment. I co-star in episode 3 “Dinner Rush” and episode 4 “Slice”. The two characters are very different. Mike in Dinner rush is a cold blooded killer who gets quite the surprise at a routine meeting with his boss. Jimmy in Slice is a clueless struggling actor who has a very intriguing audition. Both of them were a lot of fun to play.
You got to work with some pretty cool people on this series, like Eric Roberts and Joe Estevez!

Can you share any memorable moments on set?

The whole experience of filming Tales was really positive for me both personally and professionally. I spent two days with Eric Roberts filming in a restaurant. Between takes, we spent time chatting about his roles over the years. He was so gracious as a scene partner and helped me discover some intricacies about my character that evolved that day. Joe Estevez was a hoot to work with and had me and the other actors laughing a lot. Both of these gentlemen from prominent Hollywood families were so down to earth. It made 16-hour days on set fly by.

Where can we watch Very Frightening Tales and what can horror fans expect to see?

Currently, Tales is available on Amazon Prime. Fans can expect 7 unique stories that truly explore the spectrum of what it means to be entertained by the horror genre.

Are you a big horror fan? What’s your favorite scary movie?

I have always been a fan of horror movies. The first movie I can remember being absolutely terrified by was the original Halloween directed by John Carpenter. That line “the call is coming from inside the house” had me checking closet doors in my house for years.

I know you got your start as a stuntman. Did you get to perform any fun stunts on Very Frightening Tales?

Tales was not stunt intensive but there was definitely some physicality involved. While I can’t say too much because it might give away the endings of episodes 3 and 4, there was definitely a physical element needed to make these characters believable.

If you could remake any horror film, which one would you make and who would you play?

This is a tough one. I am a fan of the zombie movie genre. I really enjoyed World War Z starring Brad Pitt. I would love to remake that one and put a spin on the zombie characters that makes them even more difficult to fight.  I would love to play Brad Pitt’s character as he traverses the world in search of a cure.

Can you share any upcoming projects with us?

I have several projects in development and am currently up for reoccurring roles on two network shows. Let’s hope 2024 opens more doors for me!

What do you want to say to all of the viewers who will be watching Very Frightening Tales and fans of your work?

I just want to say thank you to all my friends, family and fellow entertainers who have taken time to rent and watch Very Frightening Tales.  After winning several awards at film festivals, we developed some momentum and it got picked up on several major streaming platforms. Please take the time to like and post a review about the series. On behalf of myself and my family, thank you so much for your support over the years. It means a lot!
