StarShine favorite HAVEN released her brand new single “Asking For A Friend” today! We’ve added it to our October StarShine Spotlight playlist on Spotify.
In an exclusive interview with Haven for StarShine Magazine’s fall 2020 issue, the pop singer-songwriter told us “Asking For A Friend” is one of her personal favorites that she’s written.
“It’s all the things that deep down you want to know,” Haven says. “The chorus is ‘Who’s riding in your car? Who’s sleeping in your bed?’ But then it’s like ‘I don’t really care, I’m just asking for a friend’ and obviously, the ‘friend’ is me. So, it’s a fun little twist and I’m pumped to get it out.”
