This #TBT goes out to Miss Hilary Duff. Although this photo dates back to a press room in 2006, StarShine first met up with Hilary for an interview back in 2003 when she was releasing her debut album, “Metamorphosis” hot off her “Lizzie McGuire” success.
This is one child star who managed to stay true to herself as she grew up, but still evolve in her career. I love her as Kelsey on “Younger”. Seeing her as a powerful, smart, sassy book publisher, who still struggles with male-dominated workplace issues and falling for the wrong men, is relatable for many of us out there who think that once we have the perfect job or man, that all of our other problems will disappear. Hilary’s character is proof that life is about learning and growing from past mistakes.
